Creating a fundraiser
Setting up and publishing a fundraiser on Chema is completely free. There is no sign-up cost and no monthly subscription.
Donating to a cause
Donors are never charged a separate fee by Chema. Fees are deducted transparently from each donation before it reaches the fundraiser.
Unmet goals
There is no penalty if your fundraiser does not reach its goal. You keep every dollar raised, whatever the total.

What comes out of each donation
Every donation carries a 0% Chema platform fee and a payment processing fee that depends on how the donor pays. Both are deducted before the money reaches the fundraiser.

Costs that apply when you withdraw
These only affect fundraiser owners cashing out. Donors are never charged them.
Bank transfer
If you withdraw a payout to a local bank account, your bank may charge its standard incoming-transfer fee. Chema does not add a fee of its own.
Mobile money send charges
Mobile network operators may charge their standard send-money fee on a payout. This is set by the operator, not by Chema, and comes off the amount transferred to you.
